Qualifications

• 1-2 years painting and drywall experience required.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds and climb ladders, multiple flights of stairs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior of homes and exterior of buildings with appropriate products.
• Perform carpentry, drywall repairs, and touch-up painting as needed.
• Respond to cosmetic painting requests for occupied units in a timely manner.
• Support property improvements and routine maintenance tasks.
• Distribute resident notices while maintaining privacy of information.
• Monitor supplies and keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
