Job summary

Two Coast Living in Plano, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet future residents, tour move-in ready apartments, and guide them through the journey to their new home. This role emphasizes hospitality, relationship-building, and a sales mindset in a busy, people-focused environment.

You’ll help current residents renew leases, contribute to leasing goals, and enjoy benefits including health plans, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
• Naturally sales-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
