Olympus Property is seeking a Make Ready Technician in Hudson Oaks, TX to inspect apartments and perform necessary repairs before new resident move-ins. This role involves plumbing, electrical, painting, and door/lock work to ensure spaces are move-in ready.

The position is full-time, typically Monday–Friday, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a family-oriented company culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspecting apartments for damage and performing repairs prior to move-ins.
• Experience with plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and finishes is preferred.
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures and switches
• Prime, paint, and seal surfaces; replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
• Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks; wash and treat surfaces; remove mildew
• Complete various work orders and estimate material costs
