Job summary

Olympus Property Hudson Oaks is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform a wide range of repairs and prepare apartment homes for new resident move-ins. You will inspect units, fix plumbing, electrical, doors, and surfaces, and ensure spaces meet Olympus standards.

• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins.
• Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches.
• Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal).
• Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems.
• Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints.
• Wash and treat surfaces.
• Remove mildew.
• Sand and adhere finishes.
• Complete various work orders as needed.
• Calculate required materials and estimate costs.
