MAA Grand Cypress is hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician to perform general maintenance and ensure apartment homes are ready for new residents. You will handle painting, pressure washing, grounds keeping and basic tasks to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.
