Job summary

MAA is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our on-site team at the Dexter Lake property. You will perform general maintenance to keep apartments and common areas in good condition and prepare vacant units for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, and basic upkeep.

We value candidates with at least six months of related experience in multifamily maintenance or general labor, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and property facilities in good order.
• Prepare empty apartment homes for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, and basic upkeep.
• Assist with grounds keeping and other routine tasks as needed.
