Responsibilities

• Remove litter and debris from all areas of the property daily.
• Ensure unit is ready to lease within the assigned time frame.
• Trash out vacated apartments.
• Assist in cleaning and maintenance of storage rooms.
• Distribute resident communications as directed and monitor emails.
