Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Apartment Make Ready/Punch Technician.

This role involves preparing vacant apartment units for new residents by performing minor repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks to meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Inspect vacant units and identify repairs or improvements needed.
2. Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
3. Ensure units are clean, functional, and ready for occupancy.
4. Coordinate with maintenance team and property management to resolve issues promptly.
5. Maintain quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
6. Assist with other property maintenance duties as required.

Qualifications

• Own your tools.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or related fields.
