Position: Apartment Make Ready Technicians

Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated Apartment Make Ready Technicians. In this role, you will prepare vacant apartment units for new residents, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Responsibilities include minor repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance.

Job Duties

• Inspect vacant units and identify repair or improvement needs.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure units are clean, functional, and ready for occupancy.
• Coordinate with maintenance team and property management to address issues promptly.
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Own tools required.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or related fields.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
