Job summary

Qualifications

• General property maintenance skills required (painting, pressure washing, trash pick-up, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• One year related experience or training in apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing non-technical maintenance tasks.
• Inspects vacant apartments and informs supervisor of needed repairs.
• Assists in completing projects and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Completes service requests promptly and shares on-call responsibility when assigned.
• Cleans grounds and interior areas as needed, and performs interior painting.
