Weinstein Properties in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready to join our team. This full-time role focuses on completing turn/make-ready work for vacant apartments, assisting with work orders, and keeping the community well-maintained.

You’ll be part of a collaborative maintenance team with a stable, long-term opportunity, competitive pay starting at $20/hour and EPA-certified opportunities at $21/hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands‑on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments.
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed.
• Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
