Maintenance Technician Assistant wanted for an apartment community in the Vernon/Manchester area.

Requirements:

1. Hardworking individual who works with others to complete all aspects of apartment and building maintenance.
2. Minimum of 8 years experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
3. General maintenance, cleaning, and repair of the interior and exterior of the community.
4. Preparing units for new move-ins, including painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and tiling.
5. Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, heating, and appliance repairs.
6. Responding to resident service requests.
7. Availability to respond to emergency service requests and participate in snow removal after hours as needed (snow removal done in-house).
8. Good interpersonal, communication, listening skills.
9. Clean background (no arrests), clean driving record, valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
