Job summary

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in College Station, TX. The role offers a contract or contract-to-hire arrangement with pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

EPA/HVAC certification is required, and prior apartment maintenance experience is strongly preferred. The technician will handle HVAC troubleshooting, electrical and plumbing repairs, appliance diagnostics, and general carpentry, while assisting with unit

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:

• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation

Requirements
