Qualifications

Responsibilities

·Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:

oHVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA certification required)

·Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation

·Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

·Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

Requirements
