Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians in Batesville, MS. The role involves handling service requests, preparing vacant units, and maintaining community facilities with supervision from the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, grounds cleanup, and excellent resident service. Prior apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair across multiple areas.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and using ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and turnover.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Repair fixtures and install light fixtures and appliances.
• Clear drains and caulking; basic drywall work as needed.
