Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification is a plus.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new by managing the turnover process.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakers; servicing and installing light fixtures and appliances.
