Job summary

RichSmith Management is seeking an Apartment Service Technician for Valley Estates of Mabelvale in Mabelvale, AR. This safety-sensitive role reports to the Community Manager and handles daily maintenance, landscaping, pool care, and make-readies to keep the property welcoming and well-maintained for residents.

The position requires basic repair skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances, plus at least 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience and preferred HVAC or EPA

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience with a focus on repairs, customer service, and upkeep.
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Support turn-key operations for apartment make-readies.
