IMM - Investors Management & Marketing in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of our apartment community. You will service equipment, handle unit turnovers, respond to resident service requests, and perform inspections.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software, and able to follow directions quickly while maintaining safety per OSHA standards.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the overall daily maintenance of the apartment community.
• Maintain all necessary equipment at the property.
• Performs unit turnover maintenance on vacant units.
• Perform resident service calls promptly and efficiently.
• Performs daily inspections of the property and mechanical equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance on necessary items.
• Report and communicate any maintenance needs to the Property Manager.
• Assists in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.
• Keep a positive relationship with other staff members, vendors as well as residents.
• Be aware of and always operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.
• Utilize work order systems for assignments, continuously updating the status of open work orders and closes out tasks once completed.
• Performs rotating after hours on call duties when assigned.
• Familiar with emergency shutoffs of utilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
