Job summary

Investors Management & Marketing (IMM) is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician in Grand Forks, ND. The role covers daily upkeep of the apartment community, equipment maintenance, and resident service calls, with on-site duties and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with the Property Manager. Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is preferred; OSHA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Responsible for the overall daily maintenance of the apartment community.
• Maintain all necessary equipment at the property.
• Perform resident service calls promptly and efficiently.
• Performs daily inspections of the property and mechanical equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance on necessary items.
• Report and communicate any maintenance needs to the Property Manager.
• Assists in maintaining inventory of parts and supplies.
• Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
• Utilize work order systems for assignments, continuously updating the status of open work orders and closes out tasks once completed.
• Familiar with emergency shutoffs of utilities.
