We're hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians for temp and temp-to-perm positions to service apartment properties throughout Metro Atlanta.

Pay: Weekly Pay

• Maintenance Tech - $21.50/hour
• HVAC Certified Maintenance Tech - $23/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8 am-6 pm (No Weekends).

Location: We service various multifamily and single-family build-to-rent communities throughout Metro Atlanta including Cobb, Fulton, DeKalb and Gwinnett counties.

Apartment Maintenance and Service Techs Need:

• At least 6 months of verifiable hands-on experience renovating, remodeling, and/or fixing things in homes, buildings, or hotels.
• Experience in basic electrical and plumbing, light carpentry, appliance repair, painting, mechanical knowledge, and HVAC (if EPA Certified).
• Self-starter who can work with little supervision.
• Basic hand tools for maintenance repair work.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• For HVAC Certified Maintenance Tech role: EPA Type I & II or Universal certification and at least 6 months of hands-on HVAC work. Must have gauges and meters for HVAC tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete Service Requests to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lighting, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, painting, and drywall.
• Perform interior renovation and rehab work, including installing cabinets, fixtures, appliances, and HVAC units.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance for apartments.
• Change locks and make keys as needed.
• Clean up after work and prepare units for new tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of work, expenses, and repairs.
• Identify utility cut-offs and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete service requests safely and timely.
• Assist with moving appliances and maintain grounds and exteriors.
• Follow safety standards and wear PPE.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• If HVAC certified, troubleshoot and service HVAC equipment per EPA standards.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Frequently lift over 50 pounds.
