The Breeden Company is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Cambria at Cornerstone in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time role covers maintenance, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, building assets, and grounds upkeep to meet safety and appearance standards.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests within 48 hours, performing basic repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring move-in readiness of apartments.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.
• Dexterity and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Weekend availability may be required.

Responsabilités

• Comply with company operating and safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local laws governing operations.
• Comply with Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain professional appearance per company policy.
• Maintain high standards of physical condition of the community.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and complete work orders promptly (within 48 hours).
• Inspect and maintain make-ready apartments for move-in quality.
• Participate in asset management for apartments, exteriors, and grounds.
