Park Property Management Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Coves in Palmyra, VA. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor, handling plumbing, electrical and general repairs to keep the property in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include maintenance of common areas, responding to emergencies, and mentorship through The Park Academy. Candidates should be hands-on, reliable, with a valid license and willingness to work on-call shifts.

Competenze

Experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
HVAC certification preferred.
Skilled in using power tools and basic technology (computers/tablets).
Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.
Rotating after-hours on-call availability and weekends.

Mansioni

Perform and oversee maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpet, and appliance repairs.
Maintain common areas and exteriors to the highest standards.
Respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call rotation required).
Delegate tasks to maintenance assistants and ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records for work orders, parts, inventory, and service follow-up.
Foster a positive, customer-focused environment for residents and team members.
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship through "The Park Academy".
Other duties as assigned.
