Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Arcade, a 282-unit community in St. Louis, MO. You will handle general maintenance to ensure a great living experience for residents, including repairs, preventative tasks, and preparing vacants.

The role involves on-site work with potential on-call duties and a focus on safety and quality. A background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related trades is valued, with a driver’s license often required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment
