Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Willow Place, a 182-unit apartment community in McDonough, GA. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance to create a great living experience for residents, with on-site responsibilities and potential on-call duties.

The position requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience, basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing/painting, HVAC/EPA experience preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units ready for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
