Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Estrella Springs at Canyon Trails, a 396-unit community in Goodyear, AZ. You will be responsible for maintaining the property's appearance and functionality to ensure a positive living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, completing unit turnovers, and preventive maintenance while upholding safety standards. On-call duties may apply with a trip stipend after hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
