Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bluffs at Cherry Hills in Omaha, NE. You will help maintain the property to ensure a positive living experience for residents and contribute to overall property appearance and safety.

Responsibilities include responding to work requests, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting appliances, and preparing units for new residents, with occasional after-hours on-call duties (trip stipend provided).

Qualifications

• 1-2 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Inspect and repair appliances when required.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend when called back after hours.
