Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance, basic electrical/plumbing knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. The schedule includes on-site work with on-call duties and a $21.50/hour pay plus a 5% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property repairs and replacements as needed.
• Complete work orders for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and appliance repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
