The role emphasizes quick response to resident requests, thorough make-readies, and on-call emergency coverage to ensure safety, appearance and operational standards for the property.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in apartment maintenance, with HVAC knowledge preferred, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Formación

• 2+ years of related experience in property maintenance or apartment communities.
• Apartment community experience is required.
• HVAC knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with resident retention initiatives and property communications.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and service requests 24/7.
• Maintain inventory and organize maintenance shop and supplies.
• Handle make-readies to prepare vacant units for occupancy within required timelines.
• Document preventive maintenance, work orders, and unit status.
