Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Mesquite Trails At Brooks apartment community in New Braunfels, TX. This is a Tax Credit property with 233 units. This position will pay up to $22 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

As part of a on-site maintenance team, you will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine repairs while delivering excellent resident service to ensure comfortable, well-maintained living spaces.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Tolerance to extreme hot/cold temperatures.
• Must be available for on-call maintenance schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs.
