Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Trenridge Gardens, a 126-unit community in Lincoln, NE. This full-time, on-site role offers up to $28.00 per hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and preserving the property's value.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather.
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule.

Responsibilities
