Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair systems in our multifamily communities in Bozeman, MT. You will respond to resident service requests, prepare vacant apartments, and assist with maintenance tasks, ensuring reliable operations and a high standard of resident service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues; performing routine repairs; coordinating with the Service Manager; and assisting with after-hours calls.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of apartment repair experience including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required or willing to obtain them.
• OSHA safety knowledge and a strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues.
• Perform make-ready duties for vacant apartments; ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Communicate progress and expected completion times to residents.
• Assist in maintaining common areas and amenities; report safety concerns; on-call for emergencies.
