Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in residential settings.
• Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation to property.
• Personal set of basic tools required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment properties.
• Prepare market-ready apartments with cleaning, repairs, painting, and installations.
• Repair electrical fixtures, switches, outlets, and appliances.
• Handle plumbing repairs including leaks and stoppages.
• Carry out carpentry tasks like door installation and molding.
• Repair sheetrock, paint, and floor work as needed.
• Assist with common areas, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
• Support building operations and respond to emergencies on call.
