Job summary

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician in Frederick, Maryland for Foundry Square. This fast growing, property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region. Applicants who are qualified for this position have 2+ years prior apartment maintenance experience.

Experience with appliance repairs, general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, drywall and painting is needed. HVAC & CFC certifications are a plus!

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall and painting.
• HVAC/CFC certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Assist with unit turnovers and upkeep.
• Be part of after-hours on-call rotation.
• Report to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
