Job summary

Habitat America, LLC in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Broadview Apartments and Woodcliffe Manor, totaling about 500 apartment units. 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience is required, with ability to perform appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and painting.

HVAC/CFC certification is a plus. Responsibilities include handling maintenance tickets, assisting with unit turnovers, and joining the after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years apartment maintenance experience
• Energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a team
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able and willing to work weekends and be part of an on-call rotation
• HVAC/CFC Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• General apartment maintenance and repair duties
• Assist with unit turnovers and maintenance tickets
• Be part of after-hours on-call rotation
• Direct reporting to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
