Job summary

Westcal Management is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for two properties in the greater Sacramento area. The position is full-time and comes with generous company-sponsored benefits. Immediate hiring for a reliable team player.

Requirements include experience in property maintenance, ability to handle tenant requests, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A background check and non-DOT drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in property maintenance
• Ability to respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally
• Experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance
• Flexible to cover on-call hours
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
• Good communication and customer care skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartment properties and respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with troubleshooting and basic repairs across lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and pool maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure quality service and tenant satisfaction.
