Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Austin, TX to deliver skilled on-site maintenance for residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs and respond to work orders, ensuring high-quality service and a well-kept property.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Turnover maintenance for apartments within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.).
• Monitor exterior building for roof, siding, shutters issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program and inventory management.
• Maintain safe condition of all equipment and structures in area of expertise.
