Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades including plumbing, electrical, and a/c.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Availability for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Performing painting and apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls as needed.
