Qualifications

• 2+ years of related maintenance experience in apartment communities.
• Proven ability to repair drywall, carpentry, electrical, plumbing.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Multilingual a plus.
• Emergency on-call rotation participation.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to resident service requests and resolve work orders.
• Perform make-readies to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Assist with inventory and keep maintenance shop organized.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal.
• Document preventive maintenance and work orders.
