Qualifications

• EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred.
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
