Job Overview

AMLI Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician (Make Ready Tech) at our luxury apartment building at AMLI Art District in Denver's RiNo neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Repair or replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, curtains, blinds, ceiling fans, lights, faucets, sinks, and perform exterior repairs.
• Assist with painting and drywall repairs.
• Make new keys and replace locks as needed.
• Share cleaning and grounds-keeping duties with maintenance staff.

Requirements

• Experience in painting, drywall, basic electrical, and plumbing repairs.
• Availability for on-call rotation evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
