Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Cypress Cove

Join us as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA Cypress Cove. We are looking for motivated individuals to perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure our apartment homes and property facilities are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for move-in
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units, electrical appliances, outlets, and fixtures
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs
• Follow a planned preventative maintenance schedule
• Follow up with residents after repairs

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair
• HVAC experience required
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal Certification required at hire or within 90 days
• Valid driver’s license
