About the Role

The Apartment Make Ready Technician performs general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good condition. Responsibilities include preparing apartment homes for new residents, such as painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
