A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician at TI Communities
Your day begins early with a walk through the property. The sun is just rising, but you’re already checking the pool pump, scanning the grounds, and noting a flickering hallway light. You don’t just see issues, you anticipate them.
Back in the maintenance shop, the team meets for a quick check-in led by your supervisor. You review your service requests for the day: a leaky faucet in building 3, an A/C check in unit 108, and a refrigerator that stopped cooling overnight.
