Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing turnover.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Repair electrical circuits, switches, and breakers and service light fixtures.
• Fix toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking.
• Clear grounds, remove bulk trash, and maintain common areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
