Job summary

InterSolutions is looking for skilled Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support on-site maintenance across multiple communities in Anderson, CA. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with a fast-hiring process and opportunities for permanent placement.

Responsibilities cover service ticket completion, unit turnover, grounds upkeep, and a range of electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry tasks, with strong emphasis on resident satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance repair across multiple trades is preferred.
• HVAC certification is a plus and may improve candidacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use ladders safely.
• Willingness to work weekends as required by shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents during turnover.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Repair electrical circuits, switches, and breakers; install fixtures.
• Caulking, carpentry, painting, and drywall repair as needed.
• Remove bulk trash and clear drains and sewer lines (up to 4').
