Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic carpentry. Efficient communication and a customer-focused approach are essential, with on-call availability as required.

Qualifications

1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and tablet familiarity.
English language proficiency required.
Availability for on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair in areas including appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
Perform preventive maintenance and safety/annual unit inspections.
Maintain grounds and curb appeal, including snow removal and trash management.
Be on-call for off-hours emergencies as scheduled.
