Job summary

Windsor South Congress is seeking an Apartment Service Tech II in Austin, TX. The role covers maintenance of a 308-unit multifamily community, with emphasis on safety systems, smart device usage, and timely work order completion.

Eligible candidates should have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA Type II or willingness to obtain, and a valid CPO or ability to obtain within 90 days. Flexible schedule and on-call rotations apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
• Familiarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
• Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
• Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areas.

Apartment Service Tech II | Windsor South Congress - Austin, TX

Windsor South Congress is a garden style apartment community with 308 units.

Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly: Starting at $21.02 - $26.28 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Annual Starting Comp: $43,721 - $54,662.

Your Skills:
