Service Tech II | Monarch by Windsor - Austin, TX

The Monarch by Windsor is a high-rise style apartment complex with 305 units.

Summary

Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work order management. Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.

Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.

Hourly: Starting at $22 - $29 per hour, depending on experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Compensation: $45,760 - $60,320

Bonus: Average quarterly bonus potential of $400, with an annual potential of $1,600.

Total Annual Starting Compensation Potential:

• $47,360 ($45,760 base + $1,600 bonus)
• $61,920 ($60,320 base + $1,600 bonus)

Your Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in multifamily residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance
• Familiarity with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)
• Ability to use smart devices and property management software
• Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and prevent issues in apartment homes and common areas

Requirements

• Site-specific certifications such as:
• EPA Type II (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days
• CPO (preferred) or ability to become certified within 90 days
• Flexible schedule, some weekend work, and participation in on-call rotations
