Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests with efficiency and care.
• Prepare apartments (make-readies, punch work, detail finishing).
• Maintain apartment grounds, keeping them attractive and safe.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general construction repairs.
• Assist with large-scale projects when needed.
• Keep the community clean through debris removal and upkeep.
