Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech to help maintain the physical integrity of our properties in Pensacola. The role supports day-to-day operations on multifamily communities and ensures safe, clean, well-maintained interiors and exteriors.

Compensation is $25 to $26 per hour plus bonuses per property commission. A valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and strong communication are important for success at RAM Partners, LLC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Completes make readies
• Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Provide a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
• Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
